Tasks

• Result-oriented first/short advice for private customers in the core areas of account/numbers/savings, pension account, investments, and financing
• Identifying, treating, and mediating customer potential in all core areas (Cross-Selling/appointment arrangements)
• Active customer approach in the context of market management (e.g. sales opportunities from campaigns)
• Various assistance tasks and general administration

Requirements

• min. 1-2 years: private banking advice
• Completed vocational training (EFZ): Bank KV
• First practical experience in sales-oriented advice
• Specialist knowledge in the areas of account, numbers, savings, cash obligations, and personal loans
• Basic knowledge in the area of pension, mortgages, investments
• You can ask structured and connected questions in the advice
• German (negotiation-secure)

Personal video or telephone interview If there are many applicants, we may conduct a personal telephone or video interview. This allows us to get to know the candidates better in a short time and invite suitable people for the next round. Duration until response: up to one week

Interview with HR & Specialist Department The interview is conducted with the competent person from the HR department and/or the specialist department. Primarily, it is about getting to know the personal and professional competences better and giving both parties the opportunity to assess the cultural fit to the company and team. Duration until response: up to three weeks

Trial work A trial day or half-day offers the opportunity to get to know the future work environment and team members better. And, vice versa, it gives us the opportunity to assess whether someone fits well into the team. Duration until response: up to three weeks

Reference check When taking references, we ask for impressions, strengths, and weaknesses again and verify them with former superiors or employees. References can be taken after the first or second round and only with consent. Duration until response: up to one week

Offer and contract conclusion (digital) After our verbal job offer, we verify the key points of the contract again. After agreement, the contract is ordered and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration until response: up to one week
