In particular, our sustainability and prevention competence is internationally excellent. In real estate portfolio management, we manage various portfolios with directly held Swiss properties. In a team of seven proven specialists, you take on responsibility early on and work closely with internal and external partners. You contribute to the sustainable and profitable development of a real estate mandate. Your tasks

• Supporting real estate portfolio management in supporting and managing a real estate mandate
• Preparation of data and information for the assessment of object standard strategies as well as for mandate management (repairs, rental rates, returns, etc.) and maintenance of the relevant information in the central MIS
• Assuming general organizational and administrative tasks in portfolio management
• Conducting (sub)projects in cooperation with management (e.g. audit, budget planning/monitoring, rental rates) and further developing various procedural topics
• Carrying (partial) project responsibility in cooperation with external partners (e.g. construction projects, assessments, rentals)

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in real estate, economics, law or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• Very good user knowledge of Office 365 programs, especially Excel
• Experience with Immopac is a plus
• Strong service orientation, reliability and a pragmatic, hands-on working method
• Enjoy coordinating different topics independently and accompanying solutions until implementation
• High interest and affinity for real estate economics, financial and capital markets and ESG/sustainability in the real estate sector
• Very good knowledge of German
• English skills are beneficial
