For our customer – a young, established trust company with bright and modern offices in a central location in Zurich and Lenzburg – we are looking for a motivated reinforcement. This is your job
- Trust & Finance: Assistance with accounting mandates (creditors, debtors, wages, finances, financial statements) as well as assistance with tax returns, VAT declarations, financial planning and consulting mandates.
- Financial planning: Support in financial planning and monitoring of companies.
- Administration: Creating reports, presentations and correspondence as well as making phone calls, orders and reservations.
- Growth & HR: Support for organizational development, third-party evaluation and recruitment.
This is what you bring with you
- Training: basic commercial training, ideally in escrow, or first relevant work experience in escrow.
- Continuing education: Ongoing or planned further education (professional: in Treuhand, ed. Professional ID Treuhand or expert / accounting and controlling.
- IT & language skills: Knowledge of the ERP system Abacus, perfect German in word and writing as well as good English skills as a big plus.
- Working method: A pronounced flair for numbers, good organizational talent, a quick comprehension and high concentration ability coupled with enthusiasm for trusting.
