In a daily dialogue with Legal & Compliance, among other things, we arouse enthusiasm for data analysis and intelligent models, proactively identify corresponding needs and implement them. Our topics include combating money laundering, sanctions and measuring operational and compliance risks. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a career starter with a passion for data analysis and an affinity for banking, especially in the compliance environment. Your tasks
• Support of the Legal & Compliance team in all needs related to data acquisition, analysis and visualization as well as the use of models, machine learning and/or generative Al
• Participation in the further development of the bank’s non-financial risk management by proactively building a strong data and model base
• Cooperation in projects such as money laundering law and regulations, sanctions, fraud, non-financial risks or business intelligence & analytics
• Technical implementation of reporting, data visualization and machine learning models with Python, SQL and Tableau
• Master's degree in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, economics or a related field
• First practical experience in the banking environment in the area of non-financial risks is advantageous
• Good understanding and great interest in statistical procedures, machine learning and/or generative AI
• Programming skills in Python and SQL as well as enjoying analyzing and processing data in a complex data landscape
• Motivation and drive to penetrate a wide variety of questions, to separate the essential from the insignificant and then to bring the decisive aspects to the address appropriate
• Very good knowledge of German both oral and written is mandatory
