What you achieve
- During the Sales Excellence Program, you will learn step-by-step everything you need for a successful career as a client advisor.
- You will advise clients by phone and in person, gaining valuable practical experience in sales.
- You will acquire new clients and gradually build up your own client base.
- You will support market development in your region and arrange consultation appointments.
- You will work together with experienced colleagues and benefit from their knowledge and experience.
- You will participate in sales and marketing activities and get to know various sales channels.
- You will complete comprehensive basic training including the VBV certification funded by us and continuously expand your specialist knowledge as well as your consulting and sales skills.
What you bring
- Completed education (apprenticeship, high school graduation/Matura, or university degree)
- Joy in dealing with people and enthusiasm for consulting and sales
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor
- Self-initiative, willingness to learn, and the desire to develop personally and professionally
- Goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Proficient German language skills in spoken and written
- Category B driver's license
- Residence in the region or willingness to build a strong network there
