Do you want to support well-founded decisions with figures and actively shape the financial management of a modern university hospital? In this versatile entry-level function, you contribute your analytical thinking, develop reporting and work closely with different specialist areas.
The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • You are part of the Management Services controlling team and actively participate in the financial management of the HRM, Real Estate & Operations, Digital & IT and Corporate Center departments • You support the business partners in financial issues and projects for transparent cost management • You contribute to monthly and annual accounts as well as management reporting • You create reporting, support budgeting, forecasts and business plans and derive recommendations for action • You analyze optimization potential, support business cases and get involved in cross-divisional projects • You will continue to develop financial indicators, dashboards and controlling processes and prepare the basis for decision-making for management Requirements • You have a commercial education with further education in controlling or finance and accounting or a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable degree program • Ideally, you could already gain initial professional experience or internships in controlling, finance or accounting. • You have experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an advantage • You have a high technical affinity, quickly integrate into new systems and tools and communicate safely with different stakeholders. • You enjoy figures, analyses and business contexts and think networked • You work in a structured, independent way, like to take on responsibility and actively participate in the team We offer: In this function, you report to the Head of Controlling Management Services.
