For our Employee Compliance Team within Central Compliance, we are looking for a Junior Compliance Specialist to join our team.

- Academic background in Banking, Financials Law or Business Administration, or a related field – legal education or qualification is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of banking operations, ideally gained through prior experience in private banking, compliance, or audit
Key requirements
- Academic background in Banking, Financials Law or Business Administration, or a related field – legal education or qualification is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of banking operations, ideally gained through prior experience in private banking, compliance, or audit
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experienced in structuring, cleaning, and interpreting datasets
- Strong competence in PowerPoint: ability to translate complex information into clear, visually compelling slides and summaries
- Experience in reporting, process coordination, or compliance support roles is highly desirable
- Exceptional organisational skills, precision in execution, and strong attention to detail
- Natural collaborator with a can-do attitude, capable of thriving in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
- Eager to learn quickly, take initiative, and grow within a purpose-driven compliance function
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German and other languages is an advantage
