Main responsibilities
- You control the business of your product category: you have revenue, margin and contribution margins under control through clean analysis, smart planning and concrete measures
- Marketing plans for promotions, daily offers and novelties? Develop and implement yourself
- With pricing reports, clever logics and bots, you ensure that our prices remain competitive and attractive
- You recognize trends and new topics early on – together with Category Portfolio Development you bring a breath of fresh air into the range
- You make sure the goods are available: from forecast ordering to upstream ordering to negotiating price and volume scaffolding with suppliers and manufacturers
- Storage values, ranges and space budgets you keep an eye on and trade before it gets tight
- In regular partner meetings you negotiate purchasing conditions with strategic suppliers, manufacturers and brands
- Subsequent conditions you calculate and check them reliably
- The business customer department supports you with offers and procurement Requirements
- First professional experience desired: In an economic or administrative discipline
