• You will deal intensively with our operational processes and processes and develop a deep understanding of how our day-to-day business works.
• You will analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and derive optimization and automation approaches from them. You work closely with employees and specialists in operations and process management.
• You accept optimization requests from the specialist areas, question and structure them and develop clear technical requirements and solutions from them.
• You act as a link between operations and process management. For larger process and system adjustments, you prepare the requirements from a professional point of view and support them in their implementation. Smaller optimizations are independently and pragmatically implemented.
• You support the standardization, simplification and digitalization of processes and thus contribute to the continuous development of our area.
• Completed degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in the field of business analysis, further development of processes and digital solutions or experience in occupational provision
• Enjoy operational processes and complex processes
• Analytical and structured thinking and a sense for simpler, more efficient and digital processes
• Enjoyment of conceptual work, high quality awareness, initiative and solution-oriented working method
• A versatile role directly at the interface between operational processes and digitalization in the field of occupational pensions.
