- Ensuring the operation and availability of ServiceNow according to the service level
- Continuous development and optimization of existing ServiceNow solutions
- Regular agreements with platform and process owners and executives to develop suitable solutions for different needs and goals
- Operational control, coordination and communication with the external implementation partner and external service providers
- Support of service owners and Catalog editors according to the technical possibilities
- Plan, test, test and implement release upgrades in ServiceNow
