An additional infection caused by germs can be dangerous for our patients and residents. Our cleaning team therefore has a special responsibility. Since germs are transferred very quickly via hands or surfaces, professional cleaning and disposal is particularly important to us.

• Ensuring smooth, efficient and high-quality day-to-day operations (care centre and outdoor houses)
• Coordination of daily work
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Management of employees in day-to-day business (about 25 people)
• First contact person for employees and customers in day-to-day business matters
• Practical cooperation in cleaning
• Training and support of new employees
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes
• have completed vocational training in the field of housing/hotel industry, facility services or building cleaning or a comparable qualification (advantageous)
• several years of professional experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in health care
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work orders
• Ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions
• User knowledge of common IT programs
• German skills in word and writing
