- You will get your own portfolio of bank accounts, which will allow you to build professional relationships with your business partners.
- Your main everyday tasks will be: control all entries on the bank account posted into the system, as well as reconcile bank statement balances with system balances to ensure they equal.
- During first months in the team, experienced colleagues will train you to perform additional tasks, such as setup of partner´s banking details into internal master data system, splitting of received incomings from clients, or evaluating compliance risk for outgoing payments.
- You will liaise with banks to make sure all payment details are clear and precise.
- We are positive that you will find exploring the way how banks communicate in their banking environment amazing.
- At the end of every single day, month and quarter we will expect you to check if everything you processed was accurately posted and that all balances are on target.
- The best part of our job is helping internal staff and external parties (suppliers, banks) resolve their queries.
- We make sure that you feel energized by rotating your daily agenda. About the Team
- The Payments & Receipt team consists of 23 members of different ages and nationalities.
