• Remote Hands Support: If our experts need you, you’ll be at the start – whether it’s hardware fix, network patch or fast system reset.
• On-site user support: You help colleagues directly with the setup, solve access problems and get devices running again – personally, uncomplicated and with a smile.
• Onsite customer support: When deployed on site, you are the technical rescue, always in close coordination with our central teams. You take over the technical support of our POS systems (checkout systems) and credit card terminals and ensure a smooth daily business process through fast error analysis and close cooperation with our locations.
• Order management: You take care of local IT orders and make sure that everything fits with global standards.
• Service documentation: What you do is properly documented – tickets, interventions, asset moves. This way the overview is guaranteed.
• Compliance & Security: Security comes first – you adhere to all requirements, from IT policies to GDPR, and make sure that everything runs according to the rules. This is what we expect from you
• Education: You have technical training or certification in IT support, system administration or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience: You have already worked in the field or in desktop support and know the practice.
• Communication: You can easily explain complex topics and respond to customers in a service-oriented manner.
• Languages: You speak fluent German and English at B2 level - so you are connectable everywhere. In this position, you have a lot of room for manoeuvre and personal responsibility and work in an exciting and dynamic environment.
