Task area
In this position, you take on a central role in internal IT support and project support. They ensure smooth IT operations, assist employees with technical issues and contribute to the further development of IT systems.
Their tasks include
- Support of first- and second-level support for employees
- Management, setup and staging of workstations and administration of the MS365 / Azure Tenant
- Responsibility for network infrastructure, including printers and peripherals
- Support of the product owner / IT manager in various IT projects
- Participation in the further development of ERP, CRM and eCommerce solutions based on Odoo
- Conducting employee training following rollouts of new functions
- Preparation and maintenance of user documentation
- Optimization of the IT infrastructure and participation in process improvements
