That's what awaits you

• You control the entire life cycle of software assets and ensure a reliable license and contract data base including audit and compliance capability. You will take care of procurement, use, optimization, renewals and uncommissioning
• You create transparency about software costs, develop reliable dailies and start Business DA. You also identify specific optimization and savings options
• You control software-related contract and license topics and support complex negotiations. You work closely with the companies of the company, such as:
• You regularly evaluate the health status of SAM-Framework and report on its management structure. This includes compliance, renewals, audit read-siness as well as contract and vendor risks
• You follow developments in manufacturer licensing models, SaaS/Cloud, AI/Copilot licensing and FinOps. From this you follow recommendations and advise digital product managers and executives as Trusted Advisor

That's what makes you feel

• Several years of experience in license and software contract management, ideally in a complex business environment. References from industry or the financial sector are advantageous
• Expert knowledge in software asset management, software licensing, contract management, IT financial management, cost optimization and vendor management. You are saddle firm in Microsoft licensing and have experience with AI tools, flexera and service now
• Proven success in cost savings and optimization initiatives, as well as advanced knowledge of governance & compliance, risk management, business case development and data analytics
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management. You build relationships, create Alignment and communicate facts based and convincingly, also at management level and in cross-sectoral bodies
• Ownership mentality with strategic and economic thinking. You actively promote topics, identify risks and trends early, question costs and develop forward-looking recommendations for the further development of the software portfolio
