Mansioni

• Operation and maintenance of the security infrastructure (firewalls, security gateways, monitoring, proxy, WAF, etc.)
• Management and maintenance of firewall, cloud and content security policies
• Coordinate and support Migros Bank’s vulnerability and patch management processes

Requirements

• 3-5 years: IT Security
• Eidg. Professional ID card: Information/Cyber Security, Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar with corresponding training
• Technical IT security know-how and security-first mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• High personal responsibility and resilience
• Proactive, independent working method and high willingness to learn
• Readiness for Picetting
• in German (negotiation confident)
• English (good knowledge)

Recruitment process

• Personality/performance test: Under certain conditions, we use a personality test (BIP, Scales test, etc.) as an additional step to support selection. The results of the test may be discussed personally and form the basis for further selection. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
• Personal video or telephone conversation (FFB Group): For a large number of applicants, we optionally conduct a personal telephone or video conversation. This gives us the opportunity to get to know more candidates within a short time in order to invite suitable people for the next round.
• Discussion with case presentation: Specific expertise is examined on the basis of a case or other assessment instruments. After processing, the result of the leader is presented and then discussed together. Usually, the team is also represented at the presentation. As a rule, the conversations are conducted by the superior, without a representative from the HR. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
