In this exciting role, you will be part of a dynamic team and contribute significantly to the optimization and security of our customers’ IT infrastructures. 02 Your task – Design, planning, implementation and maintenance of firewall and network solutions – Collaboration and implementation of customer projects – Analysis and correction of disruptions in 2nd level support Advising and supporting customers in procurement projects and designing solutions – Standardization and automation of operational processes Creating and updating documentation – Customer support remotely and on site 03
