• Operate, develop and optimize Microsoft-based cloud and on-premises infrastructures

– Take responsibility for servers, applications, networks, devices, telephony and central IT services Manage and extend Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, Defender and other Microsoft cloud services Actively accompany engineering tasks and IT projects from conception to technical implementation Ensure security, availability and operational requirements in the existing system landscape Analyze technical disruptions in 1st and 2nd level support, repair them sustainably and derive improvement measures Competently support employees with technical issues regarding workplace, applications, hardware and cloud services – Evaluate new technologies and automation possibilities and continuously develop the IT landscape 03

04 Your profile – Completed training in computer science, for example computer scientist / EFZ with specialization in platform development / systems engineering, dipl. Computer scientist/HF or comparable training – Several years of professional experience in system engineering, Microsoft cloud environment and ICT technical support In-depth practical experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender Good knowledge of Windows server, network, client and hybrid cloud infrastructures Experience in IT projects and enjoyment of a combination of around 60 percent engineering and 40 percent support – Independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as strong service and communication skills – Style-confident knowledge of German (C2) and very good knowledge of English (B2) – In possession of the driving licence Cat.
