本ポジションは当社の戦略プロジェクトおよび保守開発を実行するため、予定のものです。プロジェクトの終了後は当社のアプリケーション構築およびソリューションをデリバリーするチームの一員として、当社ITサービスの安定的かつ迅速な提供に責任を持ち、効率的且つパフォーマンスなどを考慮したベストなソリューションを決定、当社ビジネス部門（エンドユーザー）と、当該システムに対する派遣社員、協力会社を含む設計・開発チームと共に導入、テスト自動化の推進も含めた改善、運用をしていただきます。
Project、および保守開発ではIT内部、各ビジネスユニット、および社外次開発パートナーとのコミュニケーション能力が重要となり、自身で課題やリスクについて自発的に発見し、能動的に周りを巻き込んで対処することをLeadできる立ち振る舞いが必須となっております。
