• Development and optimization of banking modules in the area of finance, innovations and regulations to adapt to customer needs
• Continuous advice to improve banking business processes and support with technical and professional changes
• Integration of new financial modules and applications for digital transformation
• Responsibility for the end-to-end implementation of customer projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Use of modern technologies for the development and implementation of tailor-made solutions
• Work in a dynamic and agile team with short decision-making processes
• Promoting continuous development through independent action and expert knowledge in the financial sector Your skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, a related field or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in banking as a senior consultant
• Experienced in AI applications, ML algorithms and complex data modeling
• Ability to analyze complex issues (architectures/concepts) and independently develop solutions
• Experience in customer contact, sales or consulting as well as strong social skills
• High customer and service orientation paired with solution-oriented thinking
• Experience in dealing with agile methods and project management
• Experience in complex corporate architectures and system integrations (REST services, JSON, etc.) in the financial industry
• Tech stack knowledge such as Python, R, PLSQL, LLM, NLP, MCP, Agents, Kubernetes
• Very good German and English is an advantage
