Please note that incomplete application documents cannot be considered. 02 Your task As an experienced IT Cloud Engineer Modern Workplace (m/f) with expertise in client engineering You take responsibility for exciting and demanding customer projects at our partner and are always directly involved from consulting to implementation. Among them, there are many new Microsoft 365 and Azure projects that you will build. Your new tasks include the following activities: -Engineering: You are responsible for engineering in the areas of Microsoft Client Infrastructure and Digital Workplace for medium-sized to large customers to ensure an optimal IT environment. Client Management: Operate and optimize client management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and ensure their smooth running. Error analysis and support: You analyze faults and error states in 3rd level support, initiate appropriate measures for correction and monitor their implementation. -Advancement: You continue to educate yourself to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and develop your skills. Innovation: You actively participate in the development of new concepts, ideas and tools to create innovative solutions for our customers. 03

04 Your profile -Education: You have a solid IT education in the field of systems technology. Professional experience: You have been working as a cloud engineer for several years, preferably at an IT service provider or in a larger IT department of a company. Client management expertise: You have extensive knowledge of client management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. -Technical skills: You have very good knowledge of client operating systems, especially Windows 11, GPO management and Active Directory. -Additional knowledge: Experience in packaging with SCCM is a plus. Language skills: You speak fluent German and have good to very good English skills, which makes it easier for you to communicate in an international environment. 05 Worth knowing Exciting Projects: Challenging and varied projects.
