For the digital transformation of Implenia, we are looking for two IT Business Partners, one each for the Civil Engineering Division and the Buildings Division. You act as a link between the departments and Implenia Group IT and actively shape the topics of digitalization, automation and artificial intelligence.

As part of the five-member Business Partnering team, you will play a key role in advancing Implenia’s digital capabilities. Together, you drive strategic digitalization initiatives and develop innovative solutions with measurable added value for the business. The team reports directly to the CIO via the team management.

Your place of work is our headquarters at the Ambassador House in Zurich-Opfikon.

Tasks

• You are the central IT contact for the Civil Engineering or Buildings division and advise the business on all topics related to digitalization, automation, data, artificial intelligence and digital transformation. As a sparring partner, you work closely with the divisional management, relevant management committees and the area of Project Excellence & Services. • Together with the specialist and business units, you will identify strategic opportunities, operational challenges and transformation potential. You will further develop the value-oriented digitalization roadmap of the division and ensure coordination with the priorities of Group IT. • You build the bridge between business and IT: You represent the requirements and priorities of the division within Group IT and at the same time convey the technological possibilities, standards and strategies of IT to the departments. • In close cooperation with the central IT Demand Management, you support the division in the evaluation and prioritization of digitalization projects. You ensure that requirements are recorded in a structured manner, coordinated and implemented in accordance with Implenia’s strategic goals. • For selected strategic digitalization and transformation initiatives, you take over the project management or control the implementation together with the relevant stakeholders until successful completion.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, civil engineering, architecture, digital business or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in a comparable function or in a role with high interface responsibility between business, projects and digitalization. • You have experience in a project-oriented environment, ideally in the construction, real estate or infrastructure sector. In doing so, you could either build up in-depth knowledge at the interface between business and IT or have a strong affinity for digital solutions, processes and technologies. • Experience in IT Business Partnering, Demand or Portfolio Management is an advantage. You understand how to include business requirements, prioritize them and convert them into sustainable solutions together with the relevant stakeholders. • You convince with strong communication and stakeholder management skills and are able to bring together different interests and provide trusting advice at all management levels. • You think strategically and entrepreneurially, bring experience in digitalization and transformation projects and recognize the potential of data, automation and artificial intelligence for the further development of the business. • You communicate negotiably in German and English

• Knowledge of French is a plus.
