In the Customer Management team, we are driving the digitalization of the customer life cycle and developing modern, hybrid services. >As an IT Business Analyst, you work at the interface between the department and IT and accompanying requirements end-to-end. With your technical know-how, you implement professional requirements efficiently.

For our locations at Zurich Airport and in St. Gallen, we are looking for a committed personality as an IT Business Analyst (f/m/d) immediately or by agreement. Tasks: • Perform business analyses for APIs, backend services and digital interfaces • Accept, analyze, prioritize and coordinate requirements with departments and IT • Contribute to the design, optimization and further development of APIs and services • Planning, coordinating and evaluating load, performance and quality tests • Ensure quality, stability and performance of services and continuously improve them • Stakeholder management as well as participation in agile teams according to Scrum or Kanban Requirements • Experience as a business analyst in the IT environment, preferably in the backend or API area • Knowledge of modern architectural approaches such as microservices and API-based systems • Experience with performance and load testing is beneficial • Basic technical understanding in API development as well as in cloud and container platforms (e.g. OpenShift) • Knowledge of event streaming technologies, such as Kafka • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working methods as well as strong communication skills and stakeholder management competence We offer: The work-life balance of our employees is important to us.
