- Responsibility for the operation, support and further development of the core applications (KIS, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, etc.) Configuration, release and update management of the core applications incl.
- Planning and accompaniment of tests as well as quality assurance Participation in process optimization within the core applications and improvement of the data flow Training, onboarding and creation of user documentation First contact point for the user management of projects, partial project management and cooperation in projects Responsibility IT infrastructure control and monitoring of the SLA with external partners in the area of network, server management and on-call service Coordination of infrastructure topics with the external partner (especially servers, network, clients, telephony) Management of user accounts, authorizations and licenses Cooperation in IT infrastructure projects as contact person to external partners Requirement profile Computer science training with focus and further education Application development Several years of professional and project experience Knowledge of applications in healthcare (KIS) of advantage as well as Sharepoint Good communication skills, Sharepoint Good initiative, sense of responsibility and solution-oriented working methods Networked thinking as well as conceptual and planning skills Strong understanding of the functioning of applications and their interaction with business processes
