In order to strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a committed and independent personality who will support us in our IT operations and actively participate in the digital development of the Affoltern hospital. Their tasks
- Together with our IT team and external partners, you ensure a stable, secure and reliable operation of our IT infrastructure
- You take over the 2nd-level support for technical issues relating to our IT systems and applications and support the 1st-level support if necessary
- They analyze technical disruptions, develop sustainable solutions and implement improvements independently
- You actively participate in IT projects and take responsibility for subprojects
- You support us in the further development, standardization and optimization of our IT landscape Your profile
- They are trained in computer science or have a comparable qualification
- You have in-depth practical experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level) as well as in dealing with IT infrastructures
- They are well-versed in Windows environments and ideally have experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and are happy to take on responsibility
- They are service-oriented, communicative and have a strong hands-on mentality.
- You enjoy learning about new technologies and applications
- Experience in the cooperation or management of IT projects is an advantage
