For the location Schulhaus Staudenbühl in the school district Glattal we are looking for 1. August 2026 or by arrangement A school curative teacher (50 - 95% for the lower school)
Tasks
- Class leadership in close cooperation with competent employees in the class team
- Adopting a defined number of funding plans and learning reports
- Promotion of children according to the goals defined in the SSG and the curriculum 21
- Cooperation with parents or legal guardians, external specialist bodies and the regular school
- Interdisciplinary cooperation
- Cooperative participation in the further development of HPS at the Staudenbühl site
Profile
- EDK-approved curative education or the willingness to complete the training part-time
- Practical experience in the special education sector or the willingness to become familiar with this task.
- Joy in the promotion and accompaniment of children with cognitive impairment
- Teamwork, motivation, resilience, humour, flexibility and creativity
- Willingness and interest to participate in the further development of the curative school

The Heil Pädagogschule der Stadt Zürich is a special day school for 4- to 15-year-old children with a cognitive and/or multiple impairment. We provide a supportive environment for pupils who are taught in separate classes in different school buildings in the city of Zurich and focus on the interdisciplinary promotion of their strengths. Our teams at the various locations in the city of Zurich consist of curative school teachers, social teachers, specialists, caregivers, learners and assistants.
