Role overview
We are seeking a hands-on Investor Relations professional to act as a close partner to the Head of Investor Relations across all core IR activities.
You will play a key role in shaping investor communications, supporting engagement with the investment community and working closely with senior leadership.
The role is ideal for an experienced IR or capital markets professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to help build a best-in-class Investor Relations function.

- Lead and coordinate preparation for quarterly earnings and key investor communications, leading drafting of earnings releases, presentations, scripts, Q&A documents, annual report and other supporting materials

- Shape clear, consistent and compelling narratives around financial performance, strategy and long-term value creation
- Ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment of messaging and continuously enhance equity story Investor & analyst engagement
- Play a central role in virtual and in-person investor and analyst meetings, conferences and roadshows
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts, serving as a responsive and credible point of contact
- Lead investor targeting and engagement strategies, track and synthesize investor feedback, sentiment and positioning
- Monitor sell‑side analyst coverage, models and consensus expectations
- Financial analysis, market intelligence & insights
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation frameworks and scenario analysis to support IR messaging and strategy
