Join our Asset Management Operations team and contribute to the day-to-day investment operations of one of the world's leading reinsurance companies.

This part-time student role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Asset Management Operations while learning from experienced professionals.

As an Investment Operations Intern , you will support the Client Readiness Solutions team in managing the lifecycle of investment accounts across Swiss Re's global network of custodian banks.

Main responsibilities

  • As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will gradually take ownership of your responsibilities and work independently. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the opening, maintenance and closure of investment accounts with global custodian banks and in our internal systems
  • Prepare documentation related to investment accounts and KYC processes
  • Maintain investment account static data and support data quality activities

  • Prepare reports, analyses and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, custodian banks and other financial institutions About the Team
