Your mission
From 01.02.2027 to 31.01.2028 you will gain practical experience in the Marketplace Partner Management in the following activities:
- You implement marketplace and sales strategies and actively contribute to achieving our revenue and growth goals
- You identify new marketplace sellers at national and European level
- You build sustainable partnerships and maintain contact with existing and potential partners
- You organize and conduct sales discussions with future marketplace sellers independently
- You accompany marketplace partners through the onboarding process and ensure a high-quality implementation
- You recognize challenges early on and develop suitable solutions
- You support our partners in using the marketplace back office and relevant tools
Your match with us
- You are in the bachelor's or master's degree program in economics or would like to gain practical experience in Marketplace Partner Management.
- First professional experience in sales, purchasing or business development is advantageous
- You communicate proactively and enjoy working with different teams to achieve common goals
- You are curious, show your own initiative and convince with a strong hands-on and sales mentality
- You appear empathetic and recognize the needs of your counterpart quickly and purposefully
- You organize yourself independently, set clear priorities and keep your goals in mind at all times
- Confident knowledge of German and English in words and writing, French and/or Italian are advantageous
