Main responsibilities
- Support in the design and implementation of transformation and project portfolio processes
- Participation in strategic and digital business development projects as well as support in the implementation of defined work packages
- Participation in building digital skills and promoting understanding of digital developments in the hospital environment
- Research and preparation of trends, digital solutions and innovations with a focus on future developments in healthcare
- Preparation of presentations, decision-making and communication documents as well as support during workshops
- Collaboration in agile and classic project environments and support of the project teams in cooperation
- Support for the introduction of new projects

- Pronounced digital affinity and pleasure in understanding new technologies and their applications in the hospital environment
- Initial experience or interest in agile and classic project management
- Structured, independent and reliable working methods as well as enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
- Good communication skills and experience in the target group-oriented preparation of presentations and content
- Curiosity, initiative and the motivation to actively participate in change processes
- Enjoy working with different stakeholders and interfaces
