Where we are looking for them
- Support in adapting design solutions to design systems and matching them to interface specifications
- Coordination and cooperation in the implementation of usability tests
- Conducting design reviews
- Targeted research in the areas of military norms and standards, ergonomics of human-machine interaction, cognitive load and sound design
- Creating design variants for review and workshop sessions with stakeholders
- Support in the transfer and maintenance of design systems in Figma
- Support in setting up and maintaining the Icon Library
- Preparation of presentations on internal UX/UI development
- Conducting Design Inspections with In-House and End Users What They Should Bring Together
- Basic experience or study (FH/ETH) in Interaction Design, UX Design, Game Design, or equivalent discipline
- Secure use of Adobe Illustrator, Figma and Microsoft Suite
- Experience in dealing with Microsoft and Mac operating systems
- Interested in learning more about our products in defense technology
- Strong organisational capacity and pragmatic working methods
- Flowing knowledge of German in words and writing what we offer them
