Full description

• Prepare management meetings together with the assistant director
• Co-organize cadre seminars and events
• Provide documents for the official meeting with the Federal Councillor of our department
• Create and evaluate surveys, including analysis of results
• Advise customers (general, MeteoSwiss App, Open Data) by e-mail and on the phone
• Invoicing with SAP
• Preferably HMS 3+1 or alternatively private trading school (profile E/M)
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German (C2 / mother tongue), French, Italian and or English skills are a plus and can be used regularly in everyday life
• Flair for coordination and planning tasks
• Precise and independent working methods as well as quick comprehension and active thinking
• Delight in customer contact combined with good manners
• Motivated, positioned personality who likes to work in a team
