About the role

As a service technician (m/f/d), you are in use where technical know-how, personal responsibility and customer orientation are required. Whether in commissioning, maintenance, modernization or repairs: you ensure that our pumps and systems run reliably worldwide. You work directly with the customer, solve technical challenges on site and with your expertise contribute significantly to the success of our projects.

Your tasks

• You are directly in use with our customers on site and ensure that pumps and pump systems function reliably.
• As part of installation operations in Germany and abroad, you will take care of the installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and overhaul of pumps and pump units.
• You will analyze faults, find the cause and implement suitable solutions.
• You will bring your technical know-how into the context of conversions, revisions and modernization measures.
• Depending on your experience, you will take over the management of construction sites and coordinate the work on site.

• As a competent contact person, you will advise our customers on technical issues and support them in identifying further service and optimization potentials.

Your profile

• You have completed technical training in the metalworking sector, ideally complemented by a training course for master or technician.
• You already have experience in service, assembly or maintenance of pumps, machines or other rotating systems.
• Knowledge of power plant technology, oil & gas or refinery is an advantage, but no need.
• You communicate safely in German and can also communicate in English.
• You like to work with us in a practical, solution-oriented and local way.

• You have a class B driver's license - You enjoy a variety of assignments and bring the willingness to travel regularly at home and abroad. - A professional and customer-oriented appearance completes your profile.
