- You will ensure operational complementarity with external department colleagues, ensuring continuity, precision and coordination in the entire business process.
- Your responsibilities include: Customer management: technical-commercial support, order processing and offers, product advice.
- Operational collaboration and structured support to external sales consultants: act as an internal contact person that guarantees continuity, preparation and coverage in business activities, ensuring smooth and punctual processes.
- Understanding technical documentation: reading and interpretation of plans, diagrams and diagrams according to industry standards and standards.
- Purchasing responsibility: planning and management of procurement, stock monitoring, definition of requirements.
- Negotiation with suppliers: negotiation on prices, conditions, quality and delivery terms; evaluation and development suppliers.
- Internal sales development: promotion of carpentry/lactonery assortment and identification of business opportunities.
- Internal coordination: collaboration with logistics, warehouse and external sale.
