For a temporary project at the interface between legal, procurement and data protection, we are looking for reliable and structured support. The focus is on reviewing and updating our data protection agreements with existing suppliers and service providers.

You will gain insight into the practical cooperation between purchasing, legal, data protection and the specialist areas and take on a clearly defined project with your own responsibility.

We offer you the following exciting tasks

• Collaboration in a cross-divisional project at the interface of legal, procurement and data protection
• Support in reviewing and updating existing vendor and data protection documentation
• Preparation and coordination of contractual documents based on existing templates
• Track open points and structured documentation of project progress
• Depending on the interest and capacity, support for other topics in legal, compliance, procurement, communication or adjacent areas

Your profile

• You are currently studying law, business administration, business informatics, information technology or a comparable discipline or are between Bachelor and Master.
• You like to work in a structured, meticulous and independent manner and keep track of a larger number of parallel processes.
• You are interested in data protection, contract management and procurement.
• You are confident in dealing with MS Office and quickly get involved in new tools and processes.
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English round off your profile.
• Prior knowledge of data protection law is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.

What to expect

You work on a concrete project with a visible result and at the same time get a practical insight into the work of an in-house Legal & Compliance team as well as into the cooperation with Procurement and various departments.The work is particularly suitable for students who, in addition to their studies, want to gain initial practical experience in a corporate environment and understand how legal and data protection requirements are implemented in day-to-day business.
