Main responsibilities

  • Support use-case development by researching and analysing how AI and digital tools can solve real underwriting challenges
  • Assist in pilot programmes by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and documenting learnings across transformation initiatives
  • Conduct business analysis to identify process gaps, map workflows, and translate business needs into actionable insights
  • Contribute to value assessments by helping to measure and communicate the impact of transformation initiatives on underwriting performance
