Main responsibilities
- You support the responsibility for quality, prices and conditions in the field of services and merchandising and contribute to security of supply.
- You contribute to tenders, contracts and order processes along the defined purchasing strategy.
- You prepare market analyses, key figures, reporting, and forecasting and savings assessments and create data transparency.
- You coordinate purchasing topics with internal partners, suppliers and material group managers and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- You collect master data, support supplier management and work on the further development of methods, processes and tools.
Key requirements
- First practical experiences: in the purchase of services, marketing, IT or merchandising services, ideally in the consumer goods or food environment.
- Completed vocational education (EFZ): commercial basic education, continuing education in purchasing or in business management of advantage, or comparable training.
- You convince by your own initiative, reliability, negotiation skills as well as a clear and binding cooperation with different stakeholders.
- You think analytically, trades market- and customer-oriented and handles complex issues in a structured manner.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel;
