Gastronomy at ZHAW Winterthur is part of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. The gastronomy in Winterthur consists of the Restaurant Grüner Saal, the Cafeteria Mäander, the Mensa St. Georgen, the Mensa and Cafeteria Eulachpassage, the Cafeteria Funnel Hall, the Cafeteria Chez Adeline and the University Library. Furthermore, numerous internal and external caterings are carried out. True to the ZFV philosophy, freshly cooked locally with regional, ecologically well-produced and fair trade food.
