Take on a central role in the strategic and business development of our institute. With your commitment, you optimize processes, manage projects and create the basis for an efficient and future-oriented organization.The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: Business Management and Development / Project Management: • Co-design of the strategic and operational orientation of the Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology in consultation with the institute management • Development and implementation of innovative solutions to optimize operational processes • Optimization of processes as well as structures and management of projects for the further development of the institute Financial Management and Controlling: • Preparation, monitoring and analysis of detailed budgets (medical technology, IT, furniture) in close cooperation with the head of business administration of the cross-section • Preparation, controlling and analysis of comprehensive performance indicators (financial, personnel, infrastructure) • Definition and implementation of measures to improve results • Responsibility for performance recording and performance controlling in the ambulatory and stationary area by means of RIS (Radiology Information System). This includes the maintenance of the RIS basic data and the preparation and provision of all RIS statistical evaluations. HR management and development: • Management and development of administrative staff • Ensuring efficient personnel planning and development • Close cooperation with institute directors on personnel matters • Controlling the working hours and holiday balance of all employees Requirements • Completed business studies (FH or university) as well as in-depth knowledge in the CH health care system • Professional experience in controlling and/or hospital financing as well as project management • Interested in shaping the core tasks of the institute in treatment, research and teaching • Negotiating personality with strong communication and team skills as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships • Structured, reliable working methods and the ability to drive forward projects independently and adapt flexibly to changing framework conditions We offer: In this versatile and responsible task, you work in an internationally renowned working environment characterized by innovation and high quality.
