• Perform fault analysis in customer service and resolve problems efficiently
• Advising customers competently on electrical topics such as circuits and building automation
• Perform functional and security controls of installations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer:in or an electrical installer:in EFZ
• Several years of practical experience in electrical customer support
• Strong analytical capabilities to proactively detect errors
• Strong interest in current technologies such as All-IP, control systems and ICT
• Safe knowledge of German and category B driving licence
