• Independent planning and management of electrical installation construction sites
• Leadership and motivation of the team on site
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards, deadlines and budgets
• Coordination and communication with builders, planners and project managers
• Responsibility for material procurement and effective personnel deployment

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer:in EFZ
• Further training as a construction manager: in or several years of management experience in construction
• Strong leadership and enforcement skills
• High organisational talent combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• Category B driving licence mandatory
