Activities

• Perform fault analyses in customer service and resolve problems efficiently
• Competently advise customers on electrical issues such as circuits and building automation
• Perform functional and safety controls of installations
• Requirements
• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer:in or an electrical installer:in EFZ
• Several years of practical experience in electrical customer support
• Strong analytical skills for the proactive detection of errors
• Pronounced interest in current technologies such as All-IP, control systems and ICT
• Secure knowledge of German and driver's license category B Offer
• Provision of modern digital work equipment including contemporary ICT infrastructure
