The Kita Paradise is looking for 1. January 2027 or by agreement a motivated and committed personality.

Tasks

• You design a differentiated, binding pedagogical everyday life based on the educational concept, which gives the child security and space for their own development and puts the focus on relationship work.
• In everyday life, you promote the individual development of each child as well as the community in the group.
• You will work on the evaluation and reflection of everyday pedagogical life as part of the quality development and take on the tasks in the area of pedagogical quality assurance on the groups.
• You work closely with parents and specialists, organize parenting events together with your colleagues and take on special tasks.
• You accompany and support in everyday life prospective childhood educators HF and learners during the training as a specialist child care EFZ.

Profile

• Education for childhood education HF, social education/social work HF/FH
• Experience in situation- and education-oriented nursery education (BuLG, Pikler)
• Ability to work self-organized and structured
• Independent, communicative and resilient personality who likes to take responsibility
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills as well as experienced handling of IT

The Paradise Kita in the Entlisberg Health Center in Wollishofen is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The nursery is surrounded by a garden with varied play opportunities and a small animal zoo on the site. Paradise daycare centre and Entlisberg health centre promote intergenerational contact between young and old.
