- You work to spread the culture of innovation and collective intelligence within the hospital.
- You help design and organize collaborative workshops and work sessions based on thinking design, fostering creativity and co-construction.

- You are involved in the analysis and mapping of processes and information flows to structure and prioritize needs taking into account business requirements.
