After receiving your application, we will invite you to our Audit Application Day on 4 November – a half-day assessment event where you can get to know our team. From 14:00 to 18:00, you will experience inspiring presentations, exciting activities and a networking aperitif with your potential future colleagues at our location in Zurich. In speed interviews, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and motivation – and have the chance to secure a contract already to start your career with us in October 2027.

• Direct client contact from day one – From the very beginning, you will make a relevant and important contribution to the audit of consolidated and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards, directly at our clients’ premises, in the office or working from home.
• "Fast-Track" career path – You benefit from a structured career path with ongoing training in professional and social skills, as well as our support in qualifying as a federally certified public accountant.
• Diverse tasks with increasing responsibility – New challenges await you every day. Depending on the engagement, you will support process understanding, the analysis of balance sheet and income statement items, control testing, detailed testing and inventory counts. With increasing experience, you will independently conduct interviews with the client, apply analytical audit procedures and coordinate tasks with the extended team.
• Deloitte Way of Working - You use our audit tool OMNIA, which integrates AI-supported technologies, to conduct risk-based and data-driven audits. In doing so, you develop skills in data analysis and digital audit methods, which are essential in modern auditing.

What you bring

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business or economics, ideally with a focus on audit, accounting, finance or controlling, as well as some initial practical experience.
• You have excellent analytical skills, a quick grasp of things and enjoy solving complex tasks efficiently and precisely.
• You bring a positive, results-oriented attitude and the willingness to take on responsibility and find individual solutions for our clients.
• You are motivated to complete the training to become a Swiss Certified Public Accountant at ExpertSuisse (https://www.expertsuisse.ch/ausbildung).
• Excellent German and good English skills.

• Practical experience in audit, accounting, fiduciary services, finance/controlling
• Excel skills, data analysis & data management - confident handling of data, an affinity for modern analytical tools and technologies.
• Organizational skills and structured thinking – you keep track of multiple tasks at the same time and communicate progress and challenges transparently and proactively.
