- Legal advice in various legal fields for internal clients of all hierarchical levels and subsidiaries
- Participation in internal and external negotiations and representation of the company before public authorities
- Implementation and further development of compliance processes, including training support
- Cooperation in the data protection compliance program
- Early detection, assessment and disclosure of legal risks Requirements
- Completed law degree (MLaw), ideally with Swiss attorney’s patent
- Professional experience in the legal environment, preferably in a corporate legal service or in a law firm
- Sound knowledge of contract and company law as well as an advantage in data protection
- Efficient, pragmatic and solution-oriented workflow
- Teamwork, enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as high consulting affinity and willingness to perform
