You can make this contribution

• Daily responsibility for system monitoring, initial analysis and coordination of troubleshooting of critical infrastructure components

• Ensure stable, secure and sustainable operation of existing meteorological and leadership information systems and specify and configure infrastructure components

• Continuously optimize the operation through technical expertise and preventive measures

• Advise internal customers on the analysis and solution of technical problems

• Representing operational interests throughout the project lifecycle

• Readiness for picket service every 5 weeks (one week each)

This makes you unique

• Completed specialist training (HF/FH or equivalent); academic degrees welcome to Master

• Several years of practical experience in system operation, ideally with a focus on infrastructure and monitoring

• Solid knowledge in troubleshooting, escalation management and support of information systems

• Working independently, analytical thinking skills, communication strength in customer contact

• English language skills are beneficial for technical documentation
