Full description
In our development department, we continuously offer opportunities for a 3-6 month assignment. They gain insight into modern technologies, can participate in projects and take responsibility for sub-areas. They learn about diverse and challenging fields of activity and thus gain practical experience from the professional life of a development engineer. They may work in a project team and are extensively supervised by our experts. Their work results, such as innovative algorithms, prototypes or feasibility studies, are then transferred to series production. Below are some examples of specific areas of activity where you can support our engineers:
- AI/ML: data generation, data analysis, training of neural networks, detection and tracking of objects
- Robotics: Motion/Trajectory Planning Algorithms, Autonomous Systems
- Mechanics: Structural calculations, fluid dynamics, FEM/CFD simulations
- Control Systems: Modeling, simulation and regulation of complex systems, logic and algorithms for the automation of processes, model-based SW development
- Front-end software development: user-friendly HMI / UI web interfaces, communication between distributed and networked systems, tools for data acquisition and evaluation
- Embedded Software Development: Bare Metal, Microcontroller, FPGA
- Electronics: BLP prototypes, commissioning and testing
- Radar: SW test environment for radar systems, HF simulations

- Bachelor or master student ETH/FH in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, systems engineering or comparable
- Independent and structured working method, solution-oriented approach, self-taught
- Professional competence within the selected topic, openness to new technologies
