You have several years of in-depth experience in Windows Server backend services (OS, ADDS, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and would like to deepen and further develop your expertise in the field of automated multi-domain orchestration of Windows Server? In addition, do you feel comfortable in the agile DevOps environment, where you encounter both development and operations tasks? Are you a communicative team player with strong interpersonal skills? To complement the 8-person team, we are looking for a committed person for our location at Zurich Airport, starting immediately or by agreement, as an IT Services Engineer.
Your role
- Supporting the operation and further development of our Windows server services
- Incident, change and service request handling (2nd and 3rd level support)
- Advancing the standardization and optimization of our automation processes
- Ensuring adherence to compliance, security and architecture requirements
- Taking on and conscientiously completing work packages in line with planned sprint stories
Your profile
- Completed degree in computer science or comparable education/further training (FH/HF)
- Demonstrable several years of experience in the field of Windows Server architectures
- Knowledge of automation, scripting and modern deployment methods is an advantage
- Service provider experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, as well as excellent spoken and written German (C1 level) and good English skills
- Enthusiasm for taking on responsibility and contributing strategically
- Willingness to provide on-call duty and occasional assignments outside office hours (remote)
