Main responsibilities
- You carry out preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance of installations (lifts, doors, small locksmith work, etc.)
- You supervise the technical maintenance of the building
- You collaborate with internal and external service providers to guarantee the safety and quality of interventions
- You identify the root causes of malfunctions and implement the necessary measures You create and update maintenance plans
- You supervise work orders and collaborate with your colleagues from other departments
- You manages spare parts stocks and ensures the receipt and control of ordered goods Required
- 3-5 years: Experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in the field of buildings.
- Knowledge of the agri-food sector, an asset
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): You hold a CFC as an electrician installer, automobile/heavy goods/agricultural mechanic, or training considered equivalent
- French (Very good knowledge) German (Good knowledge): French mother tongue with good knowledge of German required (level B1 min.)
